Whether you're a realtor, a buyer or a seller... sometimes the survey just don't get ordered in time.  We have a backup crew for this very thing.  Although, we can't work majic, we will work our butts off to meet your timeline, if at all possible. 

So many of our landowning clients have scheduled fence installation and building add ons, only to have the City hit the brakes and require a survey.  We will get the survey done asap and help get your project  back on track. 

Whether you live on a hill or not, we can carry out an elevation certificate and possibly a LOMA.  We have a few ways to help you reduce or even eliminate flood insurance, if you don't feel you need it. 

If your neighbor is tearing your fence down, first call the sheriff or police.  Then call us to survey the line in dispute. 

We subcontract with other surveyors, engineers and architects to provide the data required for your design process.
